Global Software Company Simplifies Internal Processes with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

A global software company, specializing in Big Data, high speed sorting products, and data integration software and services just went live with their Dynamics CRM 4.0 to CRM 2011 implementation.

AKA Enterprise Solutions took Syncsort’s highly customized CRM 4.0 implementation with many third party solutions and implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 with all of the new features and utilized many out-of-the-box processes. This updated version of CRM did not need the original customizations and AKA was able to reduce the amount of Java Script, excess workflows and plugins. Our CRM consultants were able to achieve this by using the AKA Java Script library and leveraging the new features of Dynamics CRM 2011. By rethinking Syncsort’s user approach to CRM processes and combining the many existing plugins, AKA was able to streamline the CRM 2011 implementation. AKA is now performing post go-live support for Syncsort and this will enable a smooth upgrade to CRM 2013.
