Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016!

CRM 2016 is now available and was announced by the General Manager of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Jujhar Singh in a blog post today.

The focus of the latest version of Dynamics CRM is intelligent customer engagement that enables companies to deliver personal customer experiences. Dynamics CRM 2016 offers intelligent tools that will make businesses more proactive, allowing them to identify trends using advanced analytics and machine learning. These adaptive processes include, intelligent selling allowing sales reps to predict the products and services a customer will need during the sales cycle. Intelligent customer service sources knowledge article recommendations to help the services team quickly resolve cases, intelligent social helps here as well by sifting through data streams and detecting additional customer concerns from social chatter.

The following productivity and mobility capabilities are also available in the release:

  • Enhancements in CRM 2016 are seamlessly embedded into productivity tools, including Office 365, the CRM app for Outlook, updated templates for an immersive Excel experience, simplified  personalized sales documents in Word and  seamless access to contextual CRM documents across SharePoint, Office 365 Groups and OneDrive for Business.
  • CRM 2016 features full offline mobile capabilities for phones and tablets, the ability to create task-based mobile apps, Mobile Application Management with Microsoft Intune and next generation Cortana integration that checks CRM data for key sales activities, accounts and deals, and mobile marketing with SMS capabilities available with Dynamics Marketing.

    There are some productivity and mobility capabilities available in crm 2016 like CRM app for Outlook, simplified personalized sales documents in Word and mobile marketing with SMS capabilities etc. So use the crm 2016 advance solution and make your relationships with customers better.
