Microsoft Dynamics User Price Increases

Microsoft Dynamics Price Increases United States

Microsoft is increasing user prices on the following Dynamics AX and GP license models and editions effective January 1, 2016:

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX Module Based Licensing (MBL) Professional, MBL Enterprise and Business Ready Licensing (BRL) Business Essentials customers.
  • Microsoft Dynamics GP Professional, MBL and BRL Business Essentials customers

This pricing realignment is designed to bridge the gap between old and new licensing models and will not impact the enhancement plan cost of users you have licensed prior to January 1, 2016

This means that from now until the end of 2015 is a great time for existing customers on the MBL and BRL license models to buy additional users! Additionally, if you have been thinking about an upgrade, now is a good time to evaluate your options.

Please note that MBL prices for the Standard edition and that BRL prices for the Advanced Management edition are not changing.

Effective January 1, 2016, Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 R2 prices will increase.  This change impacts the Starter Pack, the Extended Pack, all Client Access License types, and all modules available for ordering.

EXISTING CUSTOMERS: If you think you will need more users or modules in the next 6 to 12 months, there is no better time to buy before the prices go up on January 1st.  This change will not impact the enhancement plan cost of users and functionalities you have licensed prior to January 1st.

Interested in purchasing Microsoft Dynamics GP?  Now is the best time to buy at today’s prices before they increase on January 1st!
